About Our Hospital| Why do you have password-protected areas on our website? |
Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password. |
| What are your hours of operation? |
Our regular business hours are Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we are open 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday we are open from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Please call 519-748-6638 to book a convenient appointment time. |
| What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open? |
In an EMERGENCY, call the Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Waterloo Region at 519-650-1617. |
| Where is your clinic located? |
We are conveniently located in the Chicopee Park Plaza at the corner of River Rd E and Morgan Ave in Kitchener, Ontario. Our address is: 1601 River Rd E, Unit 28. Parking is available in front of our building. |
| How do I get my password? |
If you are a client of our clinic, you may obtain your client password by calling our clinic directly at 519-748-6638 or by e-mailing our clinic at reception@chicopeehillsvet.ca . Our staff will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password. |
